By requesting a Free Deliverability Health Check from Delvoron, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service

The health check is a free, educational assessment of your domain and sending email. It uses publicly available tools including MXToolbox, Talos Intelligence, Google Transparency Report, Domain Age Lookup, and Mailtester to generate a score and high-level recommendations. The service is designed to help IT teams identify potential deliverability risks but does not include ongoing management or setup unless explicitly agreed.

2. Informational Purposes Only

The health check and any associated advice or recommendations are for informational purposes only. Delvoron does not guarantee inbox placement, improved deliverability, or any specific business results. Use of the report is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Use of Submitted Information

By submitting your email address and domain:

You consent to receiving the health check and follow-up communication related to the report.
You agree that your information may be used for optional marketing communications about Delvoron products or services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including the health check report, scoring system, recommendations, and any related materials, remains the intellectual property of Delvoron. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delvoron, its owners, affiliates, and employees disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the health check, including loss of business, data, or email performance. Participation is voluntary.

6. Accuracy and Updates

The health check relies on publicly available data and automated tools. While we strive for accuracy, Delvoron does not guarantee that all data is correct or up-to-date. Recommendations should be independently verified before implementation.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, including email addresses and domain information.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts.
