For B2B Outreach Services

  • Interaction data: Form submissions, inquiries, and surveys related to our services

For the health check, third-party tools like MXToolbox, Talos Intelligence, Google Transparency Report, Domain Age Lookup, and Mailtester are used only to analyze the submitted domain/email.
 

Data Retention
 

  • Health check submissions are retained until the report is delivered and any follow-up completed.

  • Outreach data is retained as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate business purposes, up to 7 years for accounting.

  • Feedback and interaction data are retained until no longer relevant.
